Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand, we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect but we will try to be!

Shipping

Multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages. Allow a minimum of 7-14 days to receive most orders. We do realize this is a longer shipping time but this also allows us to keep our price points affordable for you!

Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can fill out the contact us page or email us at info@shopwearthesun.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

COVID-19

Due to the continuing situation with COVID-19, expect small delays. We take our utmost precautions with our suppliers and products and value safety.

Jewelry Care

- Store in a safe, dry place when not being worn

- Ensure your pieces are completely dry before wearing.

- Metals like sterling silver can be prone to tarnishing so when storing, be sure to store in a way that limits exposure to humidity.

- Regularely clean your jewelry to keep the original shine
